  • How to use this Free returns label?
    You can check the return instruction on your return request page, or just view the following steps to complete returning Step 1:Save the return label you downloaded Step 2:Carefully pack the item(s), and place the return label on the package. Failure to pack may affect the warehouse's ability to process your refund. Step 3: Find a convenient corresponding post office and drop off your return package Step 4: After sending back your package, wait for the logistic transit and warehouse inspection result of your returned item condition Step 5: You'll receive a refund based on the results of the inspection
  • How to cancel my order?
    1. Unpaid order You can cancel directly by clicking the 'Cancel Order' button on the order detail page. 2. Paid order FOR SUCCESSFULLY PLACED ORDER : You can cancel your order once you placed it. Cancellation process: Click 'Request Order Cancellation.' Select a reason for cancellation If orders are still within 7 days after payment, orders will be cancelled immediately. If orders are over 7 days after payment, our team will respond within 48 hours. When our team fails to respond within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled automatically. FOR ORDER IN STATUS 'Payment being verified' or 'Payment processing': Please wait for the payment to process, it usually takes less than 48 hours. You can try to cancel the order after the order status update, it will either be successfully placed, or automatically cancelled. Refund will be processed to your bank/card account within 1-10 business days, this varies according to different payment methods. 3. Shipped order If you no longer want the product, you contact our team to come to a solution. If that doesn't work, you can wait to receive the order first and then apply for a refund before the Buyer Protection has ended(usually 15 days after you received the order). Note: Our team may not reply immediately due to high order volume or time zone delays. Your patience on this will be appreciated.
  • When will I receive my order?
    After you place an order, we will send out your package; you will receive the goods in the promised delivery time. There is the estimated delivery time which is 7-12 days.
  • When will I get my refund?
    Please take it easy that the fund is guaranteed as DraZön knows how important your money is and we make sure that the refund is handled accordingly. Usually, it takes 1-10 business days, varying with different banks, for buyers to receive the refund after the refund is successfully processed by AliExpress.
  • Do I have to pay for customs and import taxes?
    You may be charged customs duties and taxes for something you bought on DraZön because: • Duties and taxes are typically not included in the price of the item and might not be included in the overall shipping costs you pay to us. • When shopping on DraZön, you are buying from overseas. That’s why sometimes you will be asked to pay customs duty. The taxes may depend on where your order was sent from, the type of items you bought, their value and the weight of the package. Different countries may have different tax policies regarding specific products. You are responsible for clearing VAT on all purchases made on DraZön. This can be done through the VAT clearance procedure of your local customs authority in your country of residence. Please note: Customs duties and taxes are never covered by DraZön.
  • The product I received does not match the description. What can I do?
    1. If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can apply for a return/refund request within the return/refund time window. 2. If you order with the Free Return service, you can return the products within 7 days after receiving the order.
  • How to recover your account?
    To retrieve your account, you can: Use a recovery phone number If a recovery phone number is added to the account, a one-time SMS code can be sent to the phone to access the account. Fill out an ownership verification form If a recovery phone number is not added to the account, an ownership verification form can be filled out to confirm account ownership. The form should include a valid contact email so Drazon can respond. Reset a password If a password is forgotten, a reset link can be sent to the email address associated with the account. To request a password reset link: Go to your account Log In page Enter the email address and click Continue with Email Click Forgot Password? Select Forgot my password and click Next Enter the email address and click Send Check the email and follow the instructions to create a new password
  • How to delete your account?
    To delete their DraZön account, a customer can: Log in to their Drazon account Click their profile icon in the top right corner Select Account Settings from the drop-down menu Scroll down to Delete Account Click Delete Account again to confirm Provide a reason for leaving and add any comments Click Submit
  • My account is unavailable. What can I do?
    Below are the possible reasons for account deactivation: 1. Self-deactivation. In this case, we suggest that you create a new account. 2. Deactivated due to trading rules violation. 3. Due to security reasons, we temporarily locked your account to protect your information. If the account is not deactivated by yourself, you may contact our customer support to get more information.
  • How do I receive a refund by credit or debit card?
    You will receive your refund on the card you used to pay for your order. Money is typically transferred within 3-20 business days. To learn more about refund status, visit your order details page on our website. Refunds are typically processed within 3-20 business days. If the refund status is marked as Completed but you don't see the payout in your bank account, contact our customer service team.
  • Why is the received amount less than the refund amount on the order page?
    DraZon will always fully refund the agreed amount on the order page. But there can be two scenarios in which you may receive less funds compared with the original refund amount: Scenario 1. The bank(s) charge a commission fee after Drazon transfers the funds. Scenario 2. The exchange rate has changed compared to that of the payment. If you receive a refund less than the order amount, please contact your bank to inquire on either of the above scenarios.
  • How can I get a refund if my credit card is no longer valid or has expired?
    For security reasons, the refund will only be processed to the original card from which the payment has been deducted. If your original card has expired or is not valid anymore, please contact the card issuer (your bank or card company) for assistance.
